Quote requests

When you submit a quote request, the information you enter is sent to Grant at grant@thehammermill.com at The Hammer Mill for responding to the inquiry and coordinating next steps. This can include your name, contact details, role, property/company, location, building count, surfaces and project notes. Do not include tenant records, access codes, financial details or other sensitive information.

Hosting, anti-spam and email providers process the information needed to operate the form. A contractor may need relevant project information to assess the requested work; the responsible provider and next steps are confirmed during follow-up. This site does not automatically distribute your inquiry to a list of contractors.

Planning tools

The scope builder and bid comparison tool run in your browser. Entering information in those tools does not send a quote request. Their current values are not saved by the site in browser storage; refreshing or leaving can lose your work. Downloaded text and JSON files are saved where your device/browser stores downloads, and you control any later sharing.

Technical information

Hosting and security services may process ordinary request information such as IP address, browser information and requested URLs. No advertising or audience-analytics tag is installed at this launch. Anti-spam verification, when loaded on the inquiry form, may process browser/device information under the provider’s policy linked there.

Retention and requests

Quote correspondence is retained in the receiving business mailbox for inquiry handling and ordinary business records. This page does not promise an automatic deletion interval. For access, correction or deletion questions about information you submitted, contact grant@thehammermill.com and identify the inquiry without resending unnecessary sensitive information.

Linked municipal, manufacturer and other source websites have their own policies. Opening an email link uses your email application and provider. Review any downloaded brief before sharing it with another party.
